Urban Glam Life UK believe it is important to take time to think about your health and well-being while working, dealing with commitments and last of all the nightlife, don’t matter if it is once in a while or regular raver.

For this blog article we have decided to share some awareness from the late Doctor Sebi on “Fasting”. Back in my school days many of the Muslims and friends in my class were fasting. I just thought it was a religious practice to remind us of those who are without food to eat. This I could understand but when someone a while back said it is also a healthy practice to do from time to time, I was not so sure.

But I took the time out to see what the wise words of “Dr Sebi” (Rest in Peace) showed us the way and the light in terms of eating healthy and curing the body.

I don’t like to talk about things that I am not specialises in so I quote the words of Dr Sebi and provide a video to shed more light on the fasting. I would encourage everybody to study more on Dr Sebi. It could save your life! #Realtalk
