Let’s beat the Monday blues and get down to working another part of the body – the shoulders. I remember when I was a lot stockier I realised this is a part of the body women find attractive if that is an incentive for you guys to get in the gym. In women I can’t say I look at the shoulders but as a package it can really add to your figure. But it’s up to you how far you work the shoulders because some argue that over working it can make you look a bit masculine.
