BEAT THE MONDAY BLUES WITH #GYMLIFE #HEALTHISWEALTH #ABS

Let’s kick start the week with some #gymlife and today we are focusing on Abs. For me abs used to be one of the most difficult things to achieve in body sculpting and toning but when you do achieve it I will tell you it feels great. Let me tell you a very strange story. A few years ago after a bit of a messy breakup I fell into a bit of a depression and was not looking after myself. I needed something to take my mind off things and stop me thinking so negatively. I decided to go Vegan. I kept to this and after less than 3 months I woke up one morning and I could not believe I had something close to a six-pack. Well lets say 5 and a half but hey I was close.

I later learned it was because I had lost so much weight it literally came off my stomach. So the point I am making here is to be able to achieve a good flat stomach it is important to know diet is very important as well as exercise. I am not a qualified Personal Trainer so I have managed to fish you out a video which you may find helpful!

Last thing! This part of the body is very hard to work but it is possible…
